The Independent Art Fair kicked off its 13th edition on May 5 with four floors of exhibits from 66 galleries from NYC and around the world. The showcase presented visitors with a diverse roster of artists and mediums, from traditional painting, sculptures and photography, to video and holograms.
Financial Times said: “Independent is heralded as a utopian new model for art fairs with its emphasis on gallery co-operation and transparency.”
The event runs through the weekend at Spring Studios, 50 Varick St.
